First of all, you will never find a 'free' website. there will always be countless hours of work. but theres always this question you should have in mind : is it really a good option to create a free website? i mean that if you create a free website, it does not really belong to you, that means if the site hosting your free domain decides to make it cost something, then it costs something, whether your a member since whaterver amout of time you will have to pay, and if you dont, you lose your website. Even after knowing that, you still want to create a 'free' website here's how:

-find a free domain, such as co.cc (you have to create an account)

-find a free web host such as x10hosting (you still have to create an account)

Once you have all of these things, you have to update the name servers of the hosting to the domain.

This is very easy :

Go to manage domains click on the domain you subscribed for and click on it. once you do that, you will see ''configuration'' click on that. once you have done that go on nameservers and put in the name servers that was sent to you by email.

And your done ! Thats all you need to do, all you have to do is create your website how ever you want it.
